Sharkcover Lanzhou MixC store is the third offline store of Sharkcover brand. Our Picsharping team is responsible for the whole process of this project, from deepening the design drawings, custom proofing, to one-stop execution of structural restoration and installation delivery. This time, we adhere to the collaborative concept of "not a factory, but a brand partner", and work closely with the brand to restore the design creativity 100% into the real space.
Highly restored design: what you see is what you get
In this project, the brand has extremely strict requirements for the restoration of the store design - the layout of each light strip and the presentation of each material texture must be what you see is what you get . To this end, our team invested a lot of energy in the drawing deepening stage, repeatedly confirming the details with the designer to ensure full understanding. For special lighting effects and material textures, we repeatedly polished through sample customization and strictly controlled the process parameters. In actual construction, we control it in millimeter units, from the angle of embedding of the light strip to the direction of the surface texture, all accurately correspond to the design drawings. This also fully reflects our team's excellent understanding of design drawings and process control. The final physical store, whether it is the light and shadow atmosphere or the texture details, is exactly the same as the original design effect, which makes the brand marvel at our ability to restore the drawings.
Shark dorsal fin runs through: unifying the visual rhythm
The "shark dorsal fin", as the core symbol of Sharkcover's brand space design, has been continued and strengthened in the Lanzhou MixC store. This element runs through the store's spatial structure and detailed decoration, such as the side panels of the display cabinets, the wall shapes and even the light outlines, all of which have streamlined shapes that resemble shark fins. Three consecutive stores use a consistent visual language to keep the spatial rhythm unified, allowing customers to feel the familiar brand imprint as soon as they enter the store. The fast-upward "fin" design not only injects a sense of speed and power into the space, but also reflects Sharkcover 's brand tone of moving forward courageously. Our executive team also has a deep understanding of this design language. During construction, we accurately grasped the proportions and angles of the curved shapes to ensure that every "shark fin" element is perfectly presented, in line with the style of the existing stores .
Customized showcase system: standardized replication ensures rapid store expansion
All the display cabinet structures, color matching and lighting systems of Sharkcover Lanzhou store are customized and produced by Picsharping's own factory according to flagship standards. This customized display cabinet system fully considers the brand's needs for standardized replication in the future : from material selection to modular structure, we work with the designer to develop unified standards so that each display cabinet has highly consistent quality and size specifications. During the factory production stage, we used a digital BOM system and refined process management to ensure the accuracy and stability of batch products. Thanks to this, when the brand continues to expand new stores in the future, it can directly reuse this set of display cabinets and lighting solutions to achieve rapid installation and deployment, and restore a unified brand image as quickly as possible. The strong manufacturing and quality control capabilities of the Picsharping factory allow the design creativity to be reliably replicated in every store, safeguarding the large-scale expansion of Sharkcover .
Innovative layout: service desk lowers threshold, multi-functional island improves conversion
In terms of spatial flow planning, we and the design team made bold innovations and broke the inherent layout of "setting up a cashier counter directly opposite the door" in traditional retail stores. Sharkcover Lanzhou Store changed the original rigid cashier counter to an open service counter , which is set in a conspicuous and accessible position on the side. This service counter can be used for customers to consult and experience products, and also undertakes the function of quick checkout. Such a design lowers the psychological threshold for customers to enter the store, making the store image more friendly and open. At the same time, multiple sets of multifunctional island counters are arranged in the center of the store , which organically combine product display, interactive experience and sales negotiation. On the one hand, the combination of island counters guides customers to form a smooth circular flow in the store, increasing the customer's stay time and browsing depth; on the other hand, the open negotiation area reserved around the island counter facilitates sales staff to actively receive and promote conversion in a timely manner. This combination of service counter + island counter layout greatly improves the efficiency of space utilization and customer shopping experience, and also reflects our deep understanding and practical ability of brand retail formats.

Since the first cooperation, we have meticulously crafted every Sharkcover store according to the standards of the flagship store, and this Lanzhou MixC store is no exception. From the details of the edge processing to the way the materials are connected, we have implemented them with the highest standards and strived for excellence. This persistent polishing of details not only makes the new store present a visual and experience effect that is almost the same as that of the flagship store, but also reflects our team's high understanding of the Sharkcover brand and design concept.
