Project Background
In Tianjin China Resources Mixc, we undertook the landing project of China Gold's third-generation SI image store. The store area is only 78㎡, but the client has extremely high requirements for the project: on the one hand, the store must strictly comply with the mall's regulations on fireproof materials (the wood veneer materials in the original design are prohibited by the mall's safety regulations); on the other hand, the store's display cabinets and space structures need to 100% restore the design standards of China Gold's third-generation SI system, and the overall visual effect must create a shocking atmosphere like a "flagship first store". This is both a challenge and an opportunity for us. We are well aware that only professionalism and innovation can meet customer expectations.
Brand Identity and Door Design
In terms of design execution, we first ensure that the door image continues China Gold's brand recognition. On both sides of the store's door, we cleverly incorporate the iconic elements of the brand's third-generation SI image: one side is equipped with an eye-catching "Eye of the Universe" display device, and the other side is arranged with a traditional "Treasure Pavilion" display structure. These two unique display areas are like the "eyes" of the store, attracting the attention of customers on the left and right, and strengthening the visual memory point of the store. Whether looking from a distance or close up, customers can recognize the brand elements of China Gold at a glance, adding a distinctive flagship store temperament to the small-scale store.
Material innovation: wood grain texture and fire protection specifications
Due to the strict requirements of the mall on fire safety, we need to replace the original wood veneer materials while ensuring the design effect. To this end, we innovatively used thermal transfer aluminum plates to replace wood veneers. The thermal transfer process makes the surface of the aluminum plate present a delicate silver pear wood texture, which can almost present the wood effect in the original design plan from the appearance. The aluminum plate itself is a non-combustible material, which perfectly meets the fire protection regulations of the mall. In this material replacement solution, we not only retain the warmth and elegance of the space, but also ensure the safety performance of the store, and achieve both design beauty and functional specifications.
Precision technology: "Eye of the Universe" structure pre-installation
The "Eye of the Universe" display device is the finishing touch of the entire store, and its internal structure is extremely complex. The device consists of a three-layer structure of acrylic and double-layer glass, which places high demands on processing accuracy and installation technology. To ensure that this complex structure can be accurately implemented, we carried out millimeter-level pre-disassembly and pre-installation in the factory - that is, after the production is completed, we first test-assembled and adjusted to confirm that all parts fit correctly, and then disassembled and transported to the site for installation. This process greatly reduces the error of on-site construction, ensuring that the "Eye of the Universe" is exactly the same as the design draft when it is presented in the store, exuding a dazzling brilliance. This meticulous process reflects our Picsharping's unremitting pursuit of details and quality.
Efficient coordination: delivery on schedule in 30 days
Time is tight, but quality must not be compromised. From in-depth design, material confirmation, customized production to transportation and installation, the entire project was delivered on schedule in just 30 days. Our project team immediately started the whole process coordination after receiving the task: in the in-depth design stage, we communicated closely with customers to ensure that every detail fully complies with the specifications of the third-generation SI manual of China Gold; in terms of material confirmation, we quickly connected with the supply chain and prepared materials required for special processes in advance (such as customized thermal transfer aluminum plates and special glass components); in the production process, relying on the collaborative advantages of our own factories, multiple types of work were carried out in parallel to ensure the simultaneous advancement of each module; in the logistics and installation links, we made a careful plan to safely transport the finished products to the site in batches, and arranged an experienced construction team to install and debug efficiently. Through strict project management and seamless connection of various links, we ensured that the project was completed with high quality within 30 days, delivered on schedule and opened smoothly.
Small size, high quality-Picsharping's execution
As an expert in brand store construction, we are well aware that every project, no matter how big or small, is an important presentation of the brand image. Although the Tianjin MixC China Gold Store is a small space, we always adhere to high-standard execution standards. In terms of spatial restoration, we accurately reproduced the layout and atmosphere of China Gold's third-generation SI store; in terms of process accuracy, we strived for perfection in both the creation of complex structures and the processing of material details; in terms of efficiency control, we ensured high-quality delivery in a short period of time with careful planning. We have proved with practical actions that even in a limited space of 78 square meters, we can create a visual experience and quality style comparable to the flagship first store. Through this project, we once again demonstrated Picsharping's excellent brand terminal landing capabilities, and also established another benchmark store for China Gold in high-end shopping malls.
